Terms for using the Jinova platform.

These terms summarise how access, workspace use, and commercial packaging are handled for Jinova customers and trial workspaces.

Platform access

Jinova provides access to the platform on a subscription basis. Account holders are responsible for authorised use inside their workspace and for managing their own customer-facing operations.

Workspace responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, the content they send through the platform, and the way they configure operational processes for their organisation.

Commercial packaging

The platform may be provided through Shared Core plans, operating-system layers, industry presets, enterprise delivery, or standalone packaging. Commercial scope depends on the agreed plan or sales arrangement.

Support and changes

Jinova may update the platform, improve modules, and adjust operating-system or preset experiences over time. Material commercial changes are handled through the relevant subscription or sales process.
